Who is Eluvo
Eluvo is reimagining the future of women’s reproductive healthcare. By pairing modern technology with genuine human care, it offers a personalized approach that supports women through every stage of their journey from fertility and pregnancy to sexual wellness, hormone health, perimenopause, and beyond. Eluvo's "talk, test, treat" model provides women with faster clarity and a more connected care experience by completing all three steps in a single visit.
As a fully doctor led and woman led institution, Eluvo is built by people who understand the gaps firsthand and are committed to raising the standard of care for women. Its goal is to make healthcare accessible, complete, and truly shaped around what women need.
Why We Invested
The Company: Eluvo is building a healthcare experience that treats women as people, not just patients. The case for investment comes from the belief that this model can reset expectations, improve outcomes, and change how women engage with their health.
Eluvo’s commitment to personalized care comes to life through its intuitive Talk, Test, and Treat model. Unlike the typical seven to fourteen day wait time women experience in other clinics to complete these steps, Eluvo allows all three to happen in a single session thanks to its in-house diagnostics and coordinated care pathway.
Talk: compassionate, stigma free conversations led by women focused providers
Test: accessible diagnostics delivered through at home kits and in clinic assessments
Treat: evidence based, personalized treatment plans shaped around each woman’s needs
This framework reframes healthcare as proactive and tailored, bringing conversation, testing, and treatment together without the usual delays.

As Eluvo sets a new benchmark for women’s healthcare in the country, it also does so by building a space where services are accessible, complete, and intentionally designed for women. Instead of the usual sterile or impersonal experience, Eluvo offers care that feels comfortable, empowering, and relevant at every age and stage.
Its exclusive local partnership with GenPrime, a modern, boutique, state-of-the-art fertility center from Singapore designed to provide advanced reproductive treatments, furthers this promise of providing complete and inclusive healthcare.
The Market: Eluvo operates within a healthcare environment marked by rising costs, structural inefficiencies, and persistent access barriers, particularly for women. Projections indicate that healthcare costs will increase by 18.3% in 2025, according to the WTW Global Medical Trends Survey, and out of pocket expenses for medical care is one of the highest in the region, intensifying affordability challenges for both providers and patients. In this context, Eluvo combines the scalability of digital tools with the necessary depth of in-person care. This hybrid model offers a cost-effective alternative and positions the company to deliver high-quality services without the overhead typically associated with traditional healthcare systems.

Aside from cost, access to care in the Philippines remains a widespread issue. The UN Population Fund (UNFPA) 2024, notes that only 36% of women use modern contraceptives and 10% have an unmet need for family planning. The Philippine Statistics Authority further reports that 46 to 58% of women struggle to access healthcare in the first place, and among those who do, UNFPA 2024 indicates only 60% have their reproductive health needs met with modern methods. These figures point to deep-rooted systemic barriers that limit women’s ability to find timely, reliable, and complete care. Eluvo addresses this challenge directly by increasing access and flexibility through telehealth consultations, in-house lab diagnostics, and integrated in-clinic services, meeting patients where they are and expanding the reach of care delivery.
What further strengthens Eluvo’s long-term potential is its ability to operationalize the policies the Philippines already has in place. The country scores 80% on laws and regulations guaranteeing access to sexual and reproductive health—one of the highest in the region according to the UNFPA—but actual service delivery continues to lag. Eluvo’s model closes this gap. By supporting national and global initiatives including the Sustainable Development Goals, Universal Healthcare, and the Philippine Reproductive Health Law, Eluvo translates strong policy on paper into real, accessible services and creates a pathway for scalable public and private partnerships.

The Team: Eluvo as a doctor-led, women-centered healthcare platform is built on the vision and leadership of Dr. Jaycy, a POGS-certified OB-GYN and trailblazer in modern women’s health. With extensive training in functional and aesthetic gynecology, a postgraduate program at Harvard Medical School, and a dual MD-MBA from Ateneo, Dr. Jaycy combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial innovation to redefine how women experience care.
Under her leadership, Eluvo brings together a multidisciplinary medical team of OB-GYNs, mental health specialists, internists, dermatologists, and even pediatricians working collaboratively to support every stage of a woman’s health journey. Rooted in both medical excellence and empathy, this team delivers holistic, evidence-based care that addresses physical, hormonal, mental, and emotional well-being.
