Prior to joining Foxmont, Francisco served as CFO for multiple startups across sectors including edtech, agritech, food and beverage, and consumer products — many of which he co-founded. His journey began at Ernst & Young in Palo Alto, California, where he worked with leading Silicon Valley tech firms. A licensed CPA in the U.S., Francisco’s background equips him with an attention to detail and a unique entrepreneurial perspective that drive financial and business success.

Education and Inspiration

Francisco earned an MBA from Yale School of Management in 2011 and holds a B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University. But he didn’t just excel academically; he also channeled his passion for sports into a role as a sports reporter, honing his ability for clear and compelling communication. Beyond these achievements, he demonstrated a commitment to giving back, particularly through his work with the Filipino community.

Passions Beyond Business

Francisco’s strong sense of civic engagement led him to build the Phoenix Publishing House International in 2005 to enhance education for the Filipino American community. He worked with Pin@y Educational Partnerships to produce educational resources for K-12 educators. It’s no wonder Francisco now resides in the Philippines, guiding the most promising Philippine startups toward financial success and social impact.
