Before joining Foxmont, Catrina gained experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets, and Strategic Advisory at BPI Capital Corporation where she conducted market research and data analysis, and assisted with ongoing deals and execution work.

Since 2020, Catrina has held different positions across multiple functions in Foxmont including portfolio management, fundraising, operations and investor relations support, and investments. She formed part of the editorial team of the very first release of the Philippine Venture Capital Report, now a highly anticipated annual publication of the firm. Currently, together with the rest of the investments team, she is driving investments for the fund and supporting key portfolio companies throughout their next stages of growth.

Education and Inspiration

Catrina earned her BS in Business Administration & Accountancy from the University of the Philippines Diliman, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her academic journey was marked by significant achievements, including leading her team to victory in the PwC Mergers & Acquisitions Challenge 2020.

Her education and experience at the University of the Philippines helped shape her perspective on how she could contribute in her own way to helping build the nation, starting with funding Philippine businesses and supporting the local private capital markets.
