Though she describes herself as an introvert, Bea showcased exceptional leadership managing a network of over 2,000 riders at QuadX Inc., a digital logistics company. In her role in Operations, she boosted rider performance and established a Customer Success team to ensure top-notch service for both rider partners and merchant partners. At Foxmont, Bea excels as the key connector, facilitating collaboration and resource sharing among team members, portfolio companies, and the wider startup ecosystem.
Education and Inspiration
Bea holds an AB in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, where she graduated with Honorable Mention. Her career began in HR at one of the Philippines’ largest retailers, Rustans. The experience taught her that onboarding the right talent and keeping them engaged is critical to an organization’s success.
